Ali Aktan was born in Istanbul. He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law.
After completing his legal internship at Alternatif Law Office, he started to work as a lawyer.
He is currently pursuing his master's degree in Private Law at the Turkish German University. He speaks English.
