Av. Dr. Özgür Başyiğit graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1998 and completed his Master's Degree at Kocaeli University Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Private Law in 2002 and his PhD at Istanbul Kültür University Institute of Social Sciences in 2010. Prof. Dr. Özgür Başyiğit is currently conducting academic studies and practicing as a lawyer.
