Mustafa İpek was born in Istanbul. He started his undergraduate education at Uludağ University Faculty of Law and completed it at Istanbul Medeniyet University. He took part in many non-governmental organizations and university clubs. He is on her way to specialize in the fields of Enforcement Law, Criminal Law and Commercial Law. In addition to his legal education, which he supported with internships and trainings during his student years, he is still continuing his History education. He speaks English and Spanish.
